Abaton is a web-based product catalog application. Abaton has two components: 1) A secure administration web site to manipulate available products, their options, on-sale and new items. The secure administration web site is provided for by a set of simplified web forms that are designed to accommodate the entire gamut of web users, from the novice to the most seasoned web professional. 2) An internet accessible web site where the catalog is published. The catalog is typically published to an internet accessible web site. This can take the form of direct retail sales to consumers, password restricted wholesale sales to authorized distributors or resellers, password restricted access for authorized employees, or any combination of those simultaneously.
